It was said that Real Programmers Rebuild Their Disks. So I did, after I saved all my stuff with Squash. I may never know if 3.0 really runs faster this way than if I had used NeXT's upgrader. I may not care. None of my multifloppy Squash archives can be extracted under 3.0. At least, I haven't figured out how. When it gets to the end of the first floppy, it says it received an error from the Workspace, and then asks for the next floppy. This error, however, seems to result from a failed attempt by Squash to eject the first disk. Ejecting from the Workspace doesn't help. Does anyone know what I can do about this? Aside from shooting myself, that is? Steve abell@netcom.com
