While running the Terminal program, I had just tried to use TeX (which I've been able to do many times before), and a small window headed ``system panic'' appeared in the middle of my screen. It said something about exception number 15 and Window server death. I tried switching the power on and off, and it seemed to be complaining about inability to make network connections, but my machine has never been part of a network (I've been using it for over a year). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
