Spelling under NeXTStep 3.0 seems to remember learned words
only until the user logs out. It uses a different LocalDictionary now:
.NeXT/dictionaries/English instead of .NeXT/LocalDictionary. There is
only one word in .NeXT/dictionaries/English. No new words are remembered
afterwards, however the first word in the .NeXT/dictionaries/English is
remembered. As a result when the user logs out all the "learned" words are
lost.

	Had anyone had the same problem? If so please e-mail to
dmitri@StarConn.com and I will file a bug report to NeXT.
