I just ran up against a problem with image viewer. When I convert
a file from gif to tiff, its inverted (darks become lights in
greyscale). I know this was discussed along time ago, but I paid
no attention to the fix. What is it?

Nevermind. I had an old copy of ImageViewer. The latest one works
ok.
