Lisp on the NeXT (Franz isn't available... what is?)

Does anyone know if there are any Lisp environments for the NeXT? I
remember Franz as being available/bundled for the machine back in the
old days. Is Franz still available for 030 and 040 boxes? Cubes
and Turbos? Are there any other Lisp development systems available?

Right now I use KCL on my NeXT which works fine as a Lisp kernel but
isn't really a development environment which would be real nice!
