Mail alias question

(I do not receive comp.mail.headers, so please answer by mail if you see this  
message in that group).

If I make a mail alias in netinfo and add several members to it and send mail to  
that alias my mail has a To: header that says:

	To: my_domain!alias_name

and it seems to be interpreted correctly in such a way that the UUCP control file  
says

	rmail member1 member2 member3

But is this To: field not wrong? Shouldn't all alias members be expanded there too?
