Is there any way to set up NS3.0 Mail so that specially marked incomming
mail gets stored in a mail box other than the Active.mbox?

Look at sonata:pub/next/submissions/mailforward1.2.tar.Z. I haven't tested  
it on 3.0, but I'm using it on 2.0. I doubt that there are any OS  
dependencies.
