Hi,

In WordPerfect for the NeXT: Have a multi-column document and wants
to insert a numbered footnote. In a ducoment without columns this is
very easy with (menu) Format - Footnote - New. But the "New" choise
is not selectable it seems when you have multiple columns. Why? Is this
a feature/bug? Anyway I need footnotes on a multi-column document.
Do any one know how to do this? 

I'm suspecting this is very simple and stupid me is overlooking some-
thing very basic. Oh well..., please post and show the errors of my
ways :-)
