Appsoft Draw crash

Flushed with the successful replies to my recent query about PostScript
"tile" output filters, I now turn to Appsoft Draw.

I'm trying to set up a simple newsletter (I know, Draw is perhaps not
the best pick, but it's all I've got; the alternative is *roff or TeX).
I've got a one page document that I've been using to play around with
basic layout and font ideas, and I've printed it several times before
on my system (8MB RAM, lotsa disk, NS 2.1, DeskJet 500 with DeskJet 2.03
driver). Today, the document refuses to print from within Draw every
time I've tried it, to the point of nuking the Window Server and blowing
me off the system.

I tried saving the PS to a file instead, which worked, and printed it
via lpr, which also worked fine, so I know the document itself is not
inherently deadly. Since I've had Draw blow me away a few times since
starting this little project, I naturally suspect Draw.

Any common wisdom about this sort of problem, or do I need to contact
Appsoft directly, wait for an upgrade, or surrender all hope? :~)
Thanks in advance.

One netter suggested I contact Joe Xavier at AppSoft. Before I had
time, however, Peter Seymour (hope I got the spelling right) from
AppSoft phoned me at my home in order to find out how AppSoft could
help. I was quite pleasantly surprised. Looks like I'll be getting
an update that may correct the problem, and will also send them my
document so they can pick apart its guts. :~)

As I bought my copy of Draw on the half-price offer put out by
MediaLogic for TopDraw, before it became AppSoft Draw, and as I
hadn't bought the Draw support package, I was pleased to receive
this level of support from AppSoft. (In fact, Peter mentioned that
they have changed their support policy, so it is now not a charged-for
item, nor are non-major upgrades.) Thanks, guys.
