Kudos to Appsoft

I would like (for a change) to commend a company publicly...

Appsoft have been incredibly helpful, professional, and just generally
nice over the last few weeks while I've been harassing them about Image.
They were incredibly patient with my tireless questions and problems, and
I just wanted to say "Thank you" in public to the staff at Appsoft
(especially Cindy and Mark) for putting up with me and being flexible
beyond the call of duty.

Thanks appsoft!

Scott

P.S. Is Image shipping yet? :-)

I'll second that emotion. I think the people at Appsoft are really a nice
group of people to work with. They do indeed go out of their way to be nice
and responsive.

I'd also like to say how nice I've found some of the people at Pages (I say
"some" here not to imply that some aren't nice, but to say that I haven't
talked with all of them so I haven't any opinion on *all* the people at Pages)
and Scott Hess (best known as the author of Stuart and Terminal) just to name a
couple of people. They really know what they're doing, what they're after and
how they're going to get it. Totally professional and just plain nice from top
to bottom.

If all these people are what the NeXT commercial developer community is going
to be like for the rest of NeXT's existence, it will be a true pleasure
purchasing their products.

And let me back this unequivocally. Scott is doing great software at an
incredibly low price, and provides better support than the that of the $500
packages I own. Please get Stuart and subscribe if you have not done so.

PS: Unfortunately, Stuart is also the main reason why noone is willing to buy
my copy of communicae for a reasonable price... Doesn't anyone need advanced
terminal support (e.g. tek401x) anymore?
