We are installing 3.0 on a cube. We had been running 2.1. After doing an installation from scratch from a CD rom, the system comes up in single user mode. Usermanager doesn't let us do anything without root priveleges, but unlike the good old days, it doesn't prompt us for the root password so that we may carry on. On the other hand, some other next apps DO prompt us for the root password... Anybody out there have a suggestion?
