Sorry, I'm afraid that this is a much too FAQ. We're running a ethernet network of eight NeXTs (via Netinfo) and several PCs on the same subdomain. The NeXT server acts as file server, name server and mail server. Our users all have network-wide accounts. On the PC side there is a 'Charon' mail gateway. On our DNS there's an MX entry for the Novell server pointing to our NeXT server. How could I configure sendmail so that a) all NeXT user are able to read their mail from any NeXT in the network (mail should be stored on the server, right ?). Mail adress for all users should be 'user@vogon.mathi.uni-heidelberg.de' (our NeXT server) b) all Mail to 'user@harmless.mathi.uni-heidelberg.de' should be redirected to the Charon gateway, 'gargleblaster.mathi.uni-heidelberg.de'.
