Try those: 

                    Default
    dwrite          Value   Comments
    ---------------------------------------------
    TimeToDim       2040    - in 1/68th of a second (i.e. 60 seconds)
    MovementTimeout 300     - in seconds, I have 5
    MovementRate    0.0666  - seems to be the rate it redraws, 0.0333 seems good
    MovementScale   ?       - pixels to loginwindow is moved, I have 5 
    MoveWhenIdle    NO      - Yes, to move

YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN AS ROOT TO PERFORM THESE dwrites!!!!!!!
