Since CDPlayer.app doesn't work when you have SCSI ID 1 (The internal Maxtor)
and SCSI ID 0 (The external boot disk) both occupied, I'd like to make my
internal disk SCSI ID 2. When I opened the Cube I saw that there were 3
jumpers next to the SCSI connector. One of them has only 1 pin. I have been
told that this (pin 5-6) has to be connected to make a "1". that would make
the others "2" and "3".
Question. Is this "1" hardwired and are therefore only uneven SCSI numbers
available? Can I just put (a) jumper(s) on 3-4 and/or 1-2 thus making "3" or
"5"?
Thanks,
(Or: NeXT: do you have a working CDplayer.app for me?)
