Doing upgrade with the mono display attached does not necessarily
guarantee that mono display continues to work.

I did the upgrade of an ND cube with the monochrome monitor attached,
but when Rel3.0 came up, it was disabled.  However, it was a relatively
simple matter of enabling it with the Preferences app in its Screens panel.
No need to mess with the NetInfo directly.

Each user has to enable the mono screen though, it seems.
