This site is a UUCP site, I poll for my news and mail once or twice a day. When I reply to a post with Newsgrazer or to mail with NeXTmail I must carefully convert the Internet style address user@site to UUCP style, in my case, uunet!site!user. While this almost always works, it is tedious and error prone. I also sometimes don't get the chance to convert, for example, if I try to regester a program by email or if I run a program that emails something back to the author (I'm thinking here of the results from running the PsyLog program, NOT clandestine usage reports). Is this standard procedure or is there something that I can do to get the address conversion to be applied, when necessary, automagically? Would procuring an Internet style address for this site help? I'm willing the RTFM if someone would tell me what FM to read! :-) Thanks Larry Blische uunet!lkba!lkb
