I am attempting to attach a LaserWriter Personal NT under 2.2. I have 
read all of the instruction I can find in terms of cables, configuration
etc. So far no success. Things get queued up but never sent to the
printer. The status file in the spool directory complains that the printer 
is not responding. Could some kind soul who has done this please 
give me some pointers as to what could be going wrong. Specifically 
how should the printer be configured? What device should be used? etc.
