I'm driving my remote sysadm crazy, with my very special Problem:
My machine is named 'milliways' and this is to long for an normal UUCP-account, so i set up the UUCPNAMEFILE:
/etc/uucp/UUCPNAME
mways
(which is my account)
but now commes the big problem: the return-path is now ...!milliways!daniel .. instead of ...!mways!daniel, so the mail gets
bounced, and the sysadm rather furious, so someeon got a solution, how to hack sendmail.cf the way, it replaces the hostname
by UUCPNAME ? (if possible no hardcoded stuff)
