I've had the same results, with a NeXT 040 cube running 3.0. It sees our
AppleTalk zones, and the servers, and will (apparently) attempt to log in
as a registered user, but never succeeds. It also does *not* see volumes
published with AppleShare that are in the same zones. I've reported this
to bug_next@next.com. Got an acknowledgement of receipt, and a week later
a call, but no action or word on fixes. If you haven't mailed to bug_next,
you should.
