lpr problems

Our nexts are having a problem using lpr. It seems as though some users
can successfully use lpr to print a text file to our NeXT Laser Printer.
However, other users can't and get a warning panel that says:

"Some or all of the pages in your print request couldn't be printed"

Their console also gets this message:

Sep 26 15:06:21 mercury PrintServer[267]: Cannot find printer entry:  
Local_Printer

"mercury" is the name of the machine the user tried to print from using
lpr.

I can't understand why lpr would work for some and not for others. There  
is a /usr/spool/NeXT/Local_Printer directory. I don't do what would be
the problem.

Anyone know what is wrong?
