I remember a lot of >discussion about 512K and 1024K block sizes. Just in case anyone else was interested - I messed around with my hard disk this morning I got this to work. The command I used was: /usr/etc/builddisk -q -l System_2.1 -p 171090 sd1 The -s option is not needed and the -p option takes a number of 512 BYTE blocks ( not 1024 KByte blocks like I assumed ). The number I used is roughly 350MB with no unallocated sectors. This may have to be tuned for different disks, or just loose the sectors. Chris -- Christopher D.
