Maybe this addendum was the result of the licensing problem that held up the
3.0 distribution for 4 days.  I received my 3.0 upgrade very late
(distribution was by zip code, so we West Coasters got ours later than most
folks).  Maybe those upgrades sent after the delay contained the single-sheet
addendum (it's the same small page format as the license itself, but seems to
be printed on bleached paper rather than the beige stock used for the license
itself) and those sent before the delay didn't have the addendum.
