In addition to linking /NextLibrary/ManPages to /usr/man in order to make "man" work, the initial installation also has to link /NextDeveloper/Headers to /usr/include to make lots of things work. It turns out that under certain circumstances, the 3.0 installer can remove those links when installing other packages: that happened to me when I installed a new version of co-Xist. It's easy enough to remake these links (if you know about them), but it's apparently a bug in the installer. So if you're lacking /usr/man (or /usr/include), it may have been removed when you installed something else, rather than the links not having been made in the first place. --Steve Anderson
