Do the other networking tools (UserManager, HostManager, SimpleNetworkStarter,
etc.) fail as well?

I had this problem when I upgraded -- I ended up having to do a BuildDisk
from the CD-ROM (overwriting the upgrade).

Has anyone else had this problem?
