Many people are having this problem (myself included). It is something
3.0 specific, but I am not sure what. The solution that has been posted
is to either compile it with gcc 2.1 from the archives, or wait for 
gcc 2.3 wich is supposed to be released in early october. If anyone has any 
fixes for this, please mail me, or post to the net.
