We have implemented diskquotas on our NeXT using a program which we
downloaded from a NeXT archive site.  It checks disk usage nightly and
disusers people who have been over their quota 7 out of the last 10
days, sys-admin configurable.  What it basically does is add a field to
the NetInfo Database called diskquota, additionally it can be used to
quota Printer access.

If you can't find it, email me and I will try to figure our where we got
our version from.
