Becareful with this program.  It doesn't handle large netinfo database  
structures very well.  It destroyed part of our database when we attempted to  
use it when it barfed in the middle of the add quota script.  It was a  
repeatable error, as it seems that our database was just too large (400  
users)...

We now use a script that runs nightly, checking disk usage and mailing users a  
notice when they exceed their disk quota and the amount of space they are  
using.  This list is also accessable by all users so an element of peer  
pressure has been added.  This is generally effective in keeping the amount of  
disk usage under control...
