When I log on I get two copies of the following app running
/usr/lib/NextStep/Workspace.app/WM.app/AppFinder.tool

This seems to be searching through both my disks for
a *long* time.  I  killed these once, and I suspect this
may have munged my workspace manager, which subsequently
refused to come up no matter what.  I had to rebuild my 
disk.  (I hate 3.0!  the C compiler is also giving me
unbelievable grief).


Can someone tell me what is going on?
