I'm sorry if this is an FAQ that I missed, but are there any known  
problems with hooking up an HP2P (it has PS on a cartridge) under 3.0? I  
have a customer who swears this was working in 2.1, and it doesn't since  
his upgrade. PrintManager setting (dictated over phone) seems fine, he's  
tried both comm ports, two different cables, but nothing ever hits the  
queue. He also says that the AppleLaser setting used to work in 2.1, but  
it's no good in 3.0 either. Any suggestions?
