Fax User Class Script for 3.0

I wrote a perl script to let users change their fax-reader status
among restricted/unrestricted/trusted from the command line, so it
can be run from a crontab or reminder file at specified times. If
there's any demand for such a thing, I'll e-mail or post it; let me
know. It also lets root add fax access for users with none now.

The idea (here) was to let someone who might need to get faxes when
the office is closed, but shouldn't be bothered by e-mail that
faxes have arrived during normal hours, run this from his crontab
file to change his status automatically when the office closes and
back to restricted the next morning (or sooner by hand).

You can't use this without perl. On the other hand, I can't
imagine (any longer) trying to administer a system without perl.
