NFS mounting with shorter paths?

Using the NFSmanager, mounts from remote machines are mounted under /Net
with their entire remote file system path, for example:
/home/next2/users/user5/public
will be mounted under /Net as:
/Net/home/next2/users/user5/public

What I would like to be able to do would be to shorten that path to make
it /Net/next2/public or whatever I designated. Yes, I know that is
possible with the normal mount program, but is it possible with the NFS
manager?
