Hooking up a cartridge drive

Would anyone in NetLand have any idea on how to go about
attaching (and subsequently using) an IBM SCSI QIC drive
to a NextStation Color running 3.0? It seems that I may
have found a "free" surplus unit, and a cart holds LOTS
more than even a 2.88 floppy...

Any help?
