	I think its important to remember that the NeXT developer support  
program and the NeXT systems support programs are two separate situations.

	The April 15th price list shows Pay-per-Call support is from $40 - $100  
per call.  Less than 10 minutes if $40, more is $100.

	The part numbers are different from the new programs as well.
