Could someone please explain for me the workings of the
Recycler on mounted file systems across a network. In
particular, I don't understand why in some circumstances,
some network users can recycle files physically located on
other machines, while in other circumstances those same
users get a message panel that says "This file is located
on a disk without recycler. Continuing will destroy the
file."

As I cruise the network file system, I find that every user has
~/.NeXT/.NextTrash. But also, every machine has a /.NextTrash
that is loaded with multiple subdirectories named for the users.

What gives??
