There is a next-ppp package at merit.edu, with all the binaries, and
some
explanations to the installation on the NeXT, among the binaries, there
are some sources, that are impossible to compile (IMHO offcourse).

Another site for ppp might be archive.cis.ohio-state.edu
Besides, there is an interesting paper, covering SLIP and PPP available
at most ftp-sites (sonata, ftp.acns.nwu.edu), SLIP is on most sites as
well, eg. at sonata.
