this AppleTalk on NeXT 3.0 doesn't really work - HELP is needed!

Well, I installed 3.0 and AppleTalk. It's so nice to be able to print on
my LaserWriter IINTX which is sitting on our AppleTalk network! (GatorBox)

BUT, and BUT and BUT: I keep loosing the connection all the time and I have
to reboot the CUBE to regain the connection.  In addition, many times when I
print the green light blinks on the LaserWriter but nothing gets printed out.
Are there any confirmed bugs?  What's happening?  Can you please help?
