This seems unrelated to this news group but it might be relevent. I am having a problem using talk on my slab. It is not on a network, I have it at home. I was going to have a partner in a group project call in thriugh my modem and login under a demo account i made but when I tried to use talk, it gave me an error of - can't figure out network address. So I edited the local configuation and put in a fake address and it still doesn't work. Any help to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. Please respond by mail if convenient. **************************************************************************** Greg Gee gee@gaul.csd.uwo.ca NeXT Mail accepted Honours Computer Science, University of Western Ontario >>> Developing in the NeXT generation <<< ****************************************************************************
