You can use GatorShare, from Cayman, which will let your Macs talk to the NeXT via NFS (the NeXT is the server), Phone: 617-494-1999 There are probably other Mac NFS clients out there. There is uShare from Information Presentation Technologies, Inc. This supports printer sharing, also. Phone: 805-541-3000. There is the CAP 6.0 package, which is a freely available package from Columbia University that lets your NeXT be an AppleShare server that your Macs can talk to via EtherTalk (no LocalTalk, but you are in the right situation for this one). One source (given to me by archie) is: emx.cc.utexas.edu:/pub/mnt/source/appletalk/cap-6.0. I have heard that this compiles OK for NeXTs, although I have not attempted to do it myself. -- David Lemson (312) 732-4741 FNBC Sys Admin (Summer) UIUC NeXT Campus Consultant(rest of the time) E-mail to: lemson@fnbc.com NeXTMail accepted
