BUG:

nidump bootptab / >junk
niload bootptab / <junk

has the unfortunate side effect of removing "mailhost" as an
alternate name for "beauty" and the entire mail system falls apart.

This is a very ugly thing to do at a site that counts on e-mail 
working through a mailhost!
