I'm setting up UUCP access to my Internet/Usenet connected system.  I've been  
struggling through it, and so far, a user can call, and leave mail, and files.   
Usenet groups are being batched, and he gets them.

My problems are:

1.  I have never set up bang (!) addressing, it's never come up until now.  I'm  
having trouble sending him mail.

2.  I cannot uucp files to him.  "uucp <file> wperkins!~/<file>" returns  
permission error on <file>.

I'm into my 6th hour of UUCP experience, so go easy!  5 of those hours were  
spend reading.
