HELP: Connecting a SCSI Scanner

Hi -

We are trying to connect an Epson ES300-C scanner to a NeXTstation using the
SCSI port. We've tried placing it at SCSI address 2 and it has internal
termination. We don't see any info during the boot process indicating that the
device was recognized. What steps might we take to verify that the scanner is
on-line? What are the proper mods to
/NextDeveloper/Examples/Unix/SCSI/sg_example.c to access this device?

We are doing this work under PR2 but can also work under 2.1 if needed.

Thanks in advance,
Ralph
