Hi all,
Suggestions on how to fix the following problem are welcomed.
Thanks.
System: upgraded 040 cube, 24 MB memory, internal MO disk,
internal Seagate Elite 1.3GB hard drive, external
DIT CubeFloppy 2.9 (SCSI port)
Problem: When the internal hard disk had 3.0 pre-release
installed, it booted fine off the HD. After I
"downgraded" system software by re-building the
HD with NS2.0 off the distribution MO disk, the
machine does not boot anymore.
Sympton: This is what the ROM Monitor (2.1 (v59)) shows:
Searching for CD-ROM drive...
Exception #5 (0x14) at 0x100a570
