Does anyone know why the NeXT recognizes a WORM drive and assigns it to /dev/rsdx. The rs device driver has no idea how to handle a WORM drive and autodiskmount totally barfs on it. It seems to me that the OS should ignore the drive if it doesn't know how to handle it. This is hampering my efforts to right my own driver to handle the drive. -- +---------------------------------------------------------------+ | Richard V.
