Got 3.0 installed okay, but...

I just upgraded my (040) cube to 3.0 from 2.1 (using the standard
plan, no changes). Everything went well and said it was sucessfully
installed, and to restart the system, which I did (I did not eject the CD ROM).
Everything was going fine on the boot screen until it came to

	Cleaning up: /etc/nologin ptys

then is just stopped dead, no response at all, not even to the power switch.
I finally pulled the plug and rebooted and everything is fine (3.0 is
up and running).

Anyone know what might have happened the first time through? Is there any
problem here?

Thanks,

Charlie

I've had some strange 'freezes' during boot with 3.0, too. I'm giving it
some time to settle in.
