I've compiled and installed Taylor UUCP 1.04 and all the uucp
stuff works, except for one thing.  I can't send outgoing mail
or news.  I can receive incoming mail and news just fine.  I
think the problem is with the fact that I compiled for Taylor
UUCP directories and mail and news can't find where to put the
files that are going out.  I tried to recompile for a V2 directory
structure, but I get some strange errors when I try that.

So my question is, can I change where mail and news should spool
outgoing stuff?
