Hi,
if you try using vi,emacs, less or more when logged in from the
console, these think, there is a 60 lines console available. To
correct this misbehavoiur, simply change the number of lines entry in
/etc/termcap  to 48 lines:

nx|NeXT|NeXT console:\
        :co#120:li#48:cl=^L:bs:am:cm=\E[%i%d;%dH:pt:xt:\
        :nd=\E[C:up=\E[A:ce=\E[K:ho=\E[H:pt:se=\E[4;1m:so=\E[4;2m:
