A few months ago, I enabled printer accounting on my system. However, I  
would like to increase the level of detail that is recorded. Right now,  
each print job records something like this:

   5.00	nimno:john

Is it possible to have this line include the date/time, the  
application, and possibly other things like the document name, etc?

The man page on 'pac' seems to indicate that the above sample is as  
much as I can get. Can this be modified? Are there other utilities  
available that can provide more comprehensive reporting?
