How to get back to non-extended release!!

Hi,

I initially bought a 8/250 Turbo station which came with the regular
non-extended 2.2 release for a total of about 68 MB used up by the OS.
I then added the extended release which pretty much filled up my drive.

I recently purchased an external 520 MB drive which I configured as
the boot drive with the full 2.1 extended release. My question is
this, I would like to clean up the internal now so that all that is
left on it is the original release with which it came but everytime
I perform a BuildDisk on it, I now get the full extended release on
the disk. Is there an easier way to put it back to its original state
without having to manually delete all the extra stuff by hand? i.e.
Can I rebuild this disk with the non-extended version somehow?
If not, how can I get the list of the files included in the non-extended
version? I've looked everywhere and can't find any listing.

The other thing is that I would like to use the internal drive to swap on
now. How can I set this up? Can I simply link /private/vm/swapfile to
the internal from the main boot drive?

Thanks for your help!
