I need some advice. 

The modem to our mail service got hang, now after resetting it the mail 
won't go out and I get the error (in the uucp logfile)

	NO CALL (RETRY TIME NOT REACHED)

Rebooting doesn't help, so I assume there is a file someplace that uucp
uses for a time stamp. I'm sure it will eventually dial out again, I would
just like to know what is going on, how to control it, and how to reset
the retry time.

Any help would be appreciated.
