Hi you all!

This time I have a little problem upgrading some machines (NeXTcube and  
NeXTstation mono/color) to NS3.0. At least, it seems to be impossible!
After double clicking UpgradePrep.app a panel appears saying: "This  
application must be run under Workspace.app". But since double-clicking an  
application is almost impossible within a shell I'm surprised! 
Of course I was logged in as root, I enabled PublicWindowServer, but ...
no luck.

Any ideas?
